No. ZIPDRIP provides professional ironing for clean, dry garments only.
How quickly will my clothes be delivered?
Within 24 hours of the actual pickup time.
Is pickup and return included?
Yes. Each package includes one collection and one return delivery within the confirmed service area.
Is ZIPDRIP a subscription?
No. All packages are one-time purchases.
What does one garment mean?
One individual accepted clothing item counts as one garment. For example, one shirt and one pair of trousers count as two garments.
Who can book Gen Z packages?
Students with valid student ID, through ZIPDRIP-approved hostel or PG collection points.
How do I pay?
Through the payment method or verified UPI QR communicated by ZIPDRIP during booking.
How much does ironing cost?
Everyday packages are ₹239 for 10, ₹439 for 20 and ₹649 for 30 garments. Gen Z packages are ₹199, ₹369 and ₹549 respectively, with valid student ID and approved hostel/PG collection points required.
What if a garment needs special care?
Tell ZIPDRIP about fabric-care instructions or concerns on WhatsApp before collection so the team can confirm whether the garment can be accepted.
How do I book?
Choose a package and send your booking request via WhatsApp. ZIPDRIP will confirm availability and pickup timing.
